PECUC to direct its programmes & activities in a dignified direction has developed a panel of consultants constituted of experts from social science, engineering, agriculture, horticulture, literature, culture, film making, mass communication, doctors, computer professionals, rural development, water technology etc.

With over 150 strong team of full time, part time and volunteers with expertise in different areas, in its fleet,  PECUC has developed a dedicated team of workers to facilitate, implement and review the projects and programmes effectively.

PECUC's activities include formation and strengthening the community based organisations; capacity building programmes to explore their inner potentials and ensuring their basic needs and rights  

PECUC's activities also ensures the upliftment of the socio-economic backward class, including Dalits & Tribals with special focus on  Women, Aged, Elderly  and also the development of basic interests & protecting the rights of  the children.

PECUC's ensures the participation of all stake holders in all its activities.
