Issue Based Intervention through partner NGOs
(including lobby, advocacy, networking) : Throughout the State of Orissa

PECUC is operating through out the Orissa state with extension programmes for grassroots interventions at Balasore, Bolangir, Keonjhar, Khurdha & Nuapara districts.

1. Development of Society for promotion of cultural and conducting programmes of
   welfare & development of concerns with emphasis on socially deprived categories including SC, ST Women, Children, Aged & Handicapped.

2. Designing & implementation of projects/programmes of research, documentation & publication on welfare & development.

3. Implementation of programmes of rural development, health & sanitation, training & education, disaster management, awareness generation, rehabilitation of special
   need groups including child & women labourers, victims of crime, drug & exploitation programmes of social defense, environment protection, youth development,
   promotion of science & technology and allied activities.

4. Establishment and management of training and educational institutions, homes for children, women, aged, health care units, dedication centres, documentation units and such other centres/units for welfare and development.

5. Implementation of programmes of welfare development in collaboration with
   individuals and agencies of Social, National land International levels.

6. Organisation of programmes of sports, culture and National Integration and
   encourages peoples participation in all spheres of welfare and development.

7. Conduction of programmes of literacy, training of farmer, consumer protection, civil rights protection, development of audio-visual programmes, peace and humanism, and other groups in maladjusted social life.
